Pied à Terre Restaurant prepares food using classic French cooking techniques, blended with the creativity and innovation that are featured at Michelin-starred restaurants in France today. Pied à Terre is the only restaurant in Miami serving this type of cuisine.

We offer an ever-changing menu reflecting fresh and seasonal ingredients, and aim to support local farmers whenever possible. In addition to our a la carte menu, we offer a five-course chef’s tasting menu with an optional wine pairing for every course. At Pied à Terre, we can accommodate any dietary requirements or personal preferences. We offer a full bar along with our exceptional wine program.
You might ask who our chef is. The answer surprises most – we do not have a full-time chef. One of the cornerstones of Pied à Terre unique approach to dining is innovation. Our menu is built around innovative recipes created by visiting chefs from France.
Three or four times a year Pied à Terre invites Seasonal Visiting Chefs working at top Michelin-starred restaurants in France to Miami Beach. They share the latest trends of French contemporary cuisine and food preparation philosophies, train our kitchen staff, and create recipes specifically for Pied à Terre.
The next visiting chef came from Hyeres in Provence in March 2014. He presented his cuisine at a private event with the Chamber of Commerce from the Department Var in Provence and will leave his mark on Pied à Terre’s menu before he departs.
