Our Food & Wine Consultant, Patrick Marc Gruest meticulously researches and hand picks every one of the 320 wines on our list. Our selections are non-commercial wines – all from small, private, boutique-type wineries. We do not offer commercial brands in order to provide our guests with unusual appellations. Our wines come from Lebanon, Greece, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Argentina, South Africa, Chile, California, Oregon, Washington and Virginia state. Our wines are all reasonably priced: even a bottle of Taittinger Champagne costs $95, which is 50% – 75% less than other area restaurants.
